What happens to days I paid for if I change from one paid plan to another?

The number of days remaining in your current subscription will be added to the number of days in your new plan. You will have access to all features/channels in the new plan for all remaining days.

How can I watch movies I rented on Roku?

You can access and watch the movies you rented under the DVR tab.

How can I rent movies?

To rent a movie you need to access our website from a computer or mobile device. However, you can playback on Roku or any other device that our service works on.

How do I pay my subscription?

Payment will be automatically deducted on the credit card or Paypal registered on the account. Transactions will be processed every 30 days.

Why can't I sign in?

First try closing out your browser and restarting it. If that doesn't work, make sure you have cookies enabled. You can only be logged in on one computer at a time. If someone logs in using your email on another computer, you will be booted off. The email address you sign in with is case sensitive. If you still are having trouble signing in, try using a different browser (such as Firefox or Chrome).

How do I sign up for TeleUP?

To sign up, click on the white "Sign Up" button at the top right of the TeleUP site or just click on this link https://brasil.teleup.com/signup

How do I change channels?

Just click on the station or show name in the TeleUP Guide.

How do I view in full screen?

Simply mouse over the player and click on the bottom right square icon that appears. You can do this in small or large screen mode. Press escape to go back to the previous size.
